Collectible original magazines, sold the way a rare-book dealer would sell them.
What will be offered
The archive retains a primary copy of every issue in its care. Duplicates — and copies acquired specifically for sale — become Original Issues: specific collectible objects, each listed individually with its own photographs, written condition report, and provenance summary. No stock photos, no grade abbreviations doing the work a paragraph should do.
How copies are described
Every listing carries a grade on our published six-grade scale — Exceptional, Fine, Very Good, Good, Reference Copy, Incomplete — accompanied by a written report and item-specific photography. The scale is documented at condition grading, and any conservation work a copy has received is disclosed, always.
Where the money goes
Purchases fund the archive: acquisition of vulnerable collections, cataloging, and digitization. Selling duplicates is how a preservation project pays for preserving the rest.
