Service area
Based in Arizona and accepting collection inquiries throughout the United States. Local reviews and pickups in Arizona are considered for larger collections; everything else moves by insured shipping with packing guidance provided.
Response time
Most collection inquiries receive an initial response within five business days. If you are working against an estate or moving deadline, say so — genuine deadlines move to the front of the queue.
Visits and drop-offs
Collection visits, drop-offs, and local reviews are arranged privately and by appointment only. Exact archive storage locations are not disclosed publicly.
Privacy
Collection inquiries are handled privately. Submitted photographs are not published or used for marketing without written permission, and anonymity in our public records is available to any source. Details in the privacy policy.
