Request a Pickup
Two photographs and a deadline are enough. You will have an answer within one business day.
What to send
- A wide photograph of the shelves, boxes, or room. Taken from where you are standing is fine.
- A rough volume. “Nine bookcases and about forty boxes” is a complete answer.
- Your deadline. The single most useful thing on the form. Tell us the walkthrough date, not a comfortable date.
- The address, or at least the city. Access details — stairs, garage, storage unit, gate code — help us bring the right help.
You do not need to know what any of it is, sort anything, box anything, or make a judgment about what might be valuable. Those are all our job.
What happens next
- A person reads the request — every one of them — and replies within one business day.
- You get a plain answer: what we can take, what we cannot, and the earliest date we can be there.
- We confirm the date, window, and scope in writing, in an email you can forward to your client or file.
- We arrive, load what we agreed to take, and leave the space clear of it.
The commitments
- No fee for evaluation, pickup, or removal.
- Bulk and mixed material welcome; no sorting required.
- Where material has genuine value, we say so and we pay for it, on written terms.
- Scheduling is confirmed in writing, and we show up on the confirmed day.
- If we cannot help, you will hear that immediately rather than a week before your deadline.
If it is faster to talk
Professionals working to a tight deadline are welcome to write directly to the Collections Department — see contact. The form is quicker for us to act on, but a deadline beats a preference.
